FRESH GRADUATE TRAINEES

Responsibilities For Fresh Graduates   Purchasing: Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, components, and services required for production. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules. Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production requirements. Planning: Support production planning activities, including demand forecasting, scheduling, and inventory management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and minimize lead times. Program Management: Assist in the execution of projects, from project initiation to completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise. Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Document inspection results and collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues or non-conformities.   Requirements   Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Required Mandarin-speaking candidates to handle China's customers.
