We are looking for someone who demonstrates   Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Work independently   Here is a glimpse of what you'll do   Manage materials ordering, delivery confirmation, scheduling, and on-time delivery to meet master production plan. Ensure timely material supply by reviewing weekly/monthly production assembly forecast and schedule, ensuring timely updates of order delivery status. Support monthly and quarterly inventory targets by managing open purchase orders (cancellation, push-out, or rescheduling) Monitor and address supplier performance (delivery, quality, capacity etc) Manage materials phase-in/out plan and minimize obsolescence Review requisitions and MRP output. Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule. Determines methods of procurement such as direct purchase. Conducts quarterly supplier reviews. Analyze market trends. Coordination with various stakeholders from different factories/departments.   Requirements   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, in the related field. At least 3-year(s) of working experience in purchasing/supply chain, major in electronics (PCBA) commodities. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients. A candidate with a purchasing/sourcing background in the EMS environment will have added advantage.
