FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities   Responsible for performing day-to-day AR/AP/GL operations. Responsible for statutory & management reporting, costing and financial analysis with key focus in product costing & variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax registration and group policies. Ability to interact with operation personnel and support decision making process from a financial analysis perspective. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting transactions in compliance with statutory and requirements. To monitor cash flow for plant’s operation. In charge of inventory cycle counts. Perform any duties assigned by management from time to time.     Requirements   Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in MS Excel and experience or knowledge of any accounting software is a plus. Familiar with Auto count. Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills. Ability to maintain full sets of accounts. Must be organized, meticulous and able to work independently. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
